Processing Time
Most disbursements are processed instantly, with a maximum delay of 15 minutes. However, in certain cases, processing may follow the bank's reconciliation schedule, which can take until the next business day (T+1).
Bank Downtimes
All Indonesian banks experience routine maintenance periods, and these vary by bank. To minimize delays, we automatically route each disbursement through the fastest available channel. If a specific bank experiences prolonged downtime, Pivot will reroute the transaction through alternative banks whenever possible.
For disbursement requests made during scheduled bank downtimes (typically on Indonesian public holidays), we will notify you via WhatsApp group, specifying which beneficiaries are affected and which are not. This ensures your disbursements are processed at the earliest opportunity.
