# Charge via Dashboard

<summary>Assign Roles and Team Members</summary>

Before charging the VCC, you can optionally assign VCC Operator roles by:

1. [Log in](https://dashboard.pivot-payment.com/login) to your Dashboard using the Admin Account
2. Click [Settings](https://dashboard.pivot-payment.com/account-setting) on your profile

4. Assign Member Name, Email, and VCC Operator Role you want to invite

5. The invitation link will be sent to the assigned Email

2. Navigate to Accept Payments and click [VCC Terminal](https://dashboard-stg.harsya.com/vcc-terminal)
3. Click [Add New Charge](https://dashboard.pivot-payment.com/disbursement/create-transaction/bulk-transaction/new-batch)<br>

4. Download Template

5. Open the Template and navigate to the Template Sheet
6. Fill in Travel Agent, Linked Booking ID, Unique Reference ID, Issued Amount, VCC Number, Expiry Month & Year, CVV, and Remarks
