Onboard your Merchant as a Sub-account

• Define your Sub-account type KYC vs Non-KYC Account

• Onboard your Sub-account

  • Via Dashboard https://dashboard.pivot-payment.com/platform

  • Via API Sub-account Management

Top up your Sub-account Payout balance

Via Dashboard:

• Log in to Pivot Dashboard as Sub-account

• Navigate to the Top up payout balance section https://dashboard.pivot-payment.com/disbursement/top-up-instruction

Via API:

• Select the Sub-account you want to top up Activity on behalf-of Sub-account

• Get Virtual Account information to top up Top-Ups

Start sending Payout on behalf

• Choose your Payout method Domestic Payout

• Select your source Sub-account balance to send payout Activity on behalf-of Sub-account

Charge Fee to your Merchant (*optional)
