Learn how to manage and secure your Pivot account

Update Account Information

The "My Account" section, located within the "Account" menu, provides a summary of your essential account information:

  1. Account Name This displays the name associated with your payout account (editable)

  2. Email This shows the email address linked to your account

  3. Role This indicates your designated role within the system

Note:

You can edit your account name to ensure it accurately reflects your identity or organization. Look for an "Edit" or "Update" button next to the account name field.

Change Password and PIN

For enhanced security, you can change your account password and PIN at any time. Locate the dedicated buttons for "Change Password" and "Change PIN" within the "My Account" settings and follow the instructions provided.

Important Notes:

  • Choose strong and unique passwords

  • Never share your password or PIN with anyone

Recover Forgotten Credentials

In case you forget your password or PIN, you can use our recovery options to get back into your account safely.

Forgot PIN

  1. If you've forgotten your PIN, click the "Forgot PIN" button on the “Enter PIN” page

  2. The platform will guide you through the recovery process, providing further instructions to reset your PIN securely
